The Care Training Company, as the name may suggest, is a training website providing online and remote courses for care staff all over the country, helping them to hone their skills and remain fully compliant while they work and train. The firm came to Coderra seeking a new website with some exciting new features, which would help to attract more students to their care courses, as well offering full ecommerce options for the actual purchase of the courses.
The Care Training Company already had a great logo with a strong colour scheme, so we were tasked with creating a training website theme which would align perfectly with the look and feel dictated by the logo. We built the theme from scratch, with all of the specifications the client asked for – the team at The Care Training Company then added their desired content to ensure their messages were being communicated in the way they envisioned.
As mentioned earlier, we were also asked to add in an ecommerce aspect with a payment gateway, to ensure that new or returning students were able to purchase and pay for their courses through the website itself. We set up a ‘Shop’ tab in the navigation menu and the simple, straightforward ecommerce section was activated. The payment gateway is also incredibly simple to use, and totally secure – so users can feel safe in the knowledge their payment details are protected adequately.
The Care Training Company does great work offering remote online training for care staff in a multitude of areas, including food safety, safeguarding of children and adults, and emergency first aid. We’re thrilled our web design and development team were able to help the firm take its next steps and enhance its online presence, as well as giving the company the ability to sell its courses easily online.
